The mission of League for the Ornithological Action of Serbia is protecting the birds through the preservation of their species, habitats and sites through the involvement of people.
LOA’s aims are to:
- Prevent local extinctions of breeding populations.
- Lower the number of locally threatened species.
- Improve conservation measures of all species recorded in Serbia.
- Protect the key habitats and areas for birds in Serbia.
Dedicated to educating the people of Serbia in the importance and enjoyment of birds, LOA campaigns for the conservation of birds and biodiversity of Serbia.
